This is the funeral monument of ʾb{w} son of Mqymw son of Mqymʾl which his father built for him. In the month of Elūl, the first year of Ḥrtt king of the Nabataeans.
The only reading difficulty is the last letter of the person for whom the nefesh was made. The best reading is probably ʾb{w}. The only alternative among the names recorded in A. Negev's Personal names (NPNNR) is ʾbʾ but it is difficult to restore an ʾ after the b.
HNTI: ʾb{r} for ʾb{w}.
